We built Request VIP around a simple observation: the more exceptional the request, the more it suffers from being passed between brokers. A charter here, a villa there, tickets from a third party — and no one accountable for the whole.
Our desk works differently. Every request has one owner who consults, scopes and confirms each element in writing — drawing on direct relationships with owners, charter houses, estates, maisons and organisers built over more than a decade in Monaco.
We remain deliberately small. No public catalogue, no call centre — a private clientele, taken on by introduction and by request, served in English, Russian and French, at any hour.
