REQUEST VIP builds Las Vegas trips around the correct resort entrance, fixed show or game times and event-week traffic. Send flights, guest count, room preferences, tickets already held and evening priorities. Accommodation, vehicles, dining and access enquiries are coordinated only after the responsible provider confirms current availability and terms.

Key Facts

  • Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) is about 2 miles from Las Vegas Boulevard and 3.5 miles from the Las Vegas Convention Center.
  • The Las Vegas Strip covers roughly 4.2 miles; two resorts that look adjacent can involve a long indoor walk and multiple road crossings.
  • The Las Vegas Monorail runs along the east side of the resort corridor, while its stations do not serve every hotel door.
  • The Las Vegas Convention Center's Loop connects campus halls and selected nearby stations; ticketing differs for off-campus trips.

VIP Concierge Las Vegas

In Las Vegas, distance is measured from door to seat rather than by blocks. A car may reach a resort boundary quickly but spend additional time at a congested porte-cochère. A guest can then cross a casino floor, retail gallery and lift bank before reaching a restaurant or arena. REQUEST VIP should therefore record the exact tower, vehicle entrance and internal meeting point for every movement.

Choose a base according to the programme's centre of gravity. South Strip can suit Allegiant Stadium or an airport-led overnight. Center Strip reduces movement between many established resorts, T-Mobile Arena and dining. The north corridor can be logical for the Las Vegas Convention Center. Downtown and Fremont Street are a separate operating zone with a different atmosphere and road plan. The USA destination overview helps when Nevada is one stop within a domestic itinerary.

When to visit and how early to plan

October through April generally supports more comfortable outdoor movement than midsummer, though individual days still require a current forecast. From June into September, extreme heat changes the value of walking, outdoor dining and daytime vehicle staging. Pool hours, seasonal venues and dress policies are property-specific. Never use a generic “open all year” label as confirmation.

Lead time follows the event, not the room category. A normal weekend can be shaped in 4–8 weeks, while a major race, championship, New Year's Eve or citywide convention may justify 4–9 months. Premium suites, connected rooms, a particular show section and a table for a large party each fail on different dates. REQUEST VIP should list those deadlines separately instead of offering one blanket booking window.

As of 2 September 2026, the official Las Vegas calendar lists the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix for 21 November and the National Finals Rodeo beginning 3 December. Exact sessions, ticket products and road restrictions require organiser checks. For the race, consult the dedicated Las Vegas Grand Prix page rather than assuming a hotel view includes admission. .

Selecting a resort, suite and meeting point

Start with sleep and movement. Ask for the precise building, tower, room type, bedding, connecting-door status, maximum occupancy, view wording, accessible layout and check-in procedure. “Strip view” does not identify what is visible, and a high floor does not create a view of a race or concert. Adjacent rooms and late checkout are requests until the hotel confirms them in writing.

A client attending an LVCC conference should compare north-corridor hotels, Monorail access and Loop stations against the specific hall. West, Central and South halls are not one front door. For a T-Mobile Arena evening, map security screening and pedestrian routes before dinner. Allegiant Stadium requires its own drop-off, parking or rideshare plan. Downtown should not be scheduled as a short extension between two Center Strip appointments.

Hotel names and operating concepts change. REQUEST VIP needs to reconfirm the restaurant location, host desk, age policy, dress code and whether the venue is indoors, poolside or attached to a nightclub. The concierge is independent from every mentioned resort, promoter and attraction; only the named provider can approve admission or a special arrangement.

Airport, cars and pedestrian reality

LAS has terminal-specific transport pickup areas. The driver brief must include airline, flight number, terminal, baggage estimate, guest mobile contact and meet method. A tail number or private-flight request needs the confirmed airport and fixed-base operator; LAS, Henderson Executive and North Las Vegas Airport should never be treated as the same pickup point.

A vehicle is useful for airport movements, stadiums, Downtown and off-Strip dining, but it is not always the fastest answer for two adjacent resorts. Monorail, Loop, resort trams and walking may help on selected routes. The useful comparison includes station position, operating hours, tickets, stairs or lifts and the indoor distance after arrival. Assign extra time when a citywide event introduces closures or security perimeters.

For a named model, REQUEST VIP can check the Las Vegas luxury car rental options. Insurance, driver age, deposit, mileage, hotel parking and approved drivers must be documented before collection. A chauffeur and a rental car solve different problems; neither is described as secured until the supplier accepts the dates and terms. A private arrival can begin through the Las Vegas private jet charter page, subject to operator and airport approval.

Shows, games, dining and nightlife

Build each evening backwards from the fixed start. Confirm whether the time is doors, support act, show or first pitch; record venue bag rules and ticket delivery method. Dinner belongs in the same resort or on a tested route when the start cannot move. A 30-minute map estimate is not a safe allowance if the group must settle a bill, find a vehicle and pass security.

Tickets should show the authorised seller, section, row, seat, delivery date and transfer conditions. Hospitality, backstage or meet-and-greet language is used only when the official product includes it. REQUEST VIP cannot manufacture access to a restricted area. The Las Vegas Grand Prix hospitality guide explains one event format; it does not prove live package stock.

For restaurants and nightlife, specify date, arrival time, number of guests, minimum age, table position request, dietary notes and spending terms. A deposit may secure a reservation without securing an exact view or table. Bottle service, admission and queue treatment are controlled by venue rules. All guests need compliant identification, and the venue retains final admission discretion.

Protecting a group itinerary

Las Vegas groups fragment easily. Create one movement list showing who leaves from which tower, who carries the tickets and who can authorise a changed vehicle or table. For executives, separate meeting transport from leisure vehicles so one delayed dinner does not affect the next morning's convention transfer. For families, confirm age restrictions before presenting an evening option.

Keep flexible time after late arrivals and before long-haul departures. Desert weather, event closures and resort congestion can all change the practical route. The control sheet should distinguish a request from a booking, show payment and cancellation cut-offs, and provide a local escalation contact. .

How It Works

  1. Provide flights, hotel priorities, party structure, ticket confirmations and the non-movable moments of each day.
  2. REQUEST VIP maps resort doors, venue entrances and event restrictions before requesting live rooms and transport.
  3. Compare written options by inclusions, location, deposit, cancellation rule and the exact party members covered.
  4. Confirm the hardest deadline first, then issue a timed itinerary with meeting points and an authorised change contact.

FAQ

Is the Las Vegas Strip walkable from end to end?

The corridor is roughly 4.2 miles, and resort interiors add substantial distance. Walking can work for selected neighbouring properties, but heat, bridges, crowds, mobility and the final in-building route must be assessed.

How early should I book Las Vegas for a major event?

Begin 4–9 months ahead when a specific suite, seating section, restaurant series and multiple cars are required. The right lead time depends on official dates and live inventory, so it does not guarantee any one item.

Can REQUEST VIP obtain sold-out show or game tickets?

A request can be investigated through lawful, authorised channels once REQUEST VIP's local access process is confirmed. No ticket is represented as valid until the seller, seat details, delivery method, full price and transfer terms are documented.

Which Las Vegas area is best for a convention?

It depends on the event hall and after-hours programme. Compare the relevant LVCC entrance with nearby hotels, Monorail or Loop access and any dinners elsewhere; a generic “near the convention center” label is insufficient.

Do I need a chauffeur in Las Vegas?

A chauffeur is useful for airport, stadium, Downtown and coordinated group movements. Some resort-to-resort trips may work better on foot or by fixed transit, so each journey should be chosen separately.

Does a Strip-view suite include a Grand Prix view?

No such inference is safe. The hotel must confirm the exact room and view, while race admission and hospitality remain separate official products subject to their own terms.

Can a restaurant or nightclub guarantee a particular table?

Only the venue can accept a table-position request, and many confirmations reserve a category rather than a numbered table. Written minimum spend, admission conditions, arrival grace period and cancellation rules should be reviewed before payment.
