Available Mercedes G-Class models
Use the official range as a language for the brief, not as a Dubai availability list. A G 550, electric G 580 with EQ Technology and Mercedes-AMG G 63 differ in powertrain and operating needs. Dubai suppliers may also carry earlier model years or other market designations. The offer must identify the actual car, not infer it from a manufacturer page.
Request current photographs, registration or fleet ID, model year, colour, seats, luggage guidance, odometer range, tyres and equipment. For an electric G-Class, confirm charging compatibility, cable, planned charging point and return level. If replacement is possible, approve named alternatives; “G-Class or similar” is insufficient when the model matters.

Delivery in Dubai
DXB, DWC, an FBO, Downtown hotel, Palm residence, marina and event venue require different access. A public meeting or transfer does not imply terminal-curb or airside permission. Confirmation should name the lawful point, contact, arrival monitoring, included waiting and response if immigration or baggage delays the client.
Check the assigned vehicle's height and width against hotel ramps, underground limits, mechanical parking and villa gates. At handover, sign an inspection showing body, wheels, tyres, glass, cabin, fuel or charge, mileage, keys and dashboard warnings with time-stamped images. Repeat the same process at return.
Use Dubai luxury car rental when the programme also needs a saloon, minivan or dedicated luggage vehicle.
Self-drive or chauffeur
For self-drive, provide each driver's passport, visa or residence status, licence jurisdiction, any required international permit, age, years held and route. Public road eligibility does not automatically satisfy a high-value SUV insurer. Additional drivers require the same review and written inclusion.
For chauffeur service, verify the passenger operator's authorisation and commercial insurance. Confirm the named vehicle and driver, capacity, luggage, minimum hours, waiting, parking, Salik, overtime and address changes. Security convoy work, event arrivals, static display and filming need separate supplier and venue approval.
Deposit and requirements
The dated agreement should separate vehicle charge, taxes and lawful fees, delivery, security deposit, insurance excess or liability, mileage, fuel or charging, Salik, cleaning and additional drivers. It also needs terms for wheels and tyres, desert or off-road prohibition, track use, territory, roadside help, accidents, fines, cancellation, late return and deposit release.
RTA's unified rental-contract guidance emphasises vehicle and renter data, photographic records at handover and return, disclosure of toll-related charges and timely return of the deposit. Event-week availability
Major tournaments, exhibitions and holiday periods change both fleet demand and property access. For a Dubai Tennis Championships programme, define whether the G-Class is self-drive, licensed chauffeured transport, security support, static display or commercial content. Each use needs a separate operating check.
Confirm hotel valet, venue loading, parking credentials, road controls and collection independently of the vehicle. A guest credential is not a car pass. REQUEST VIP should not promise event-period supply, minimum hire or a delivery window until the provider and site have confirmed them.
Local route planning
Salik operates without cash booths, so the provider's toll-posting and administration process must be written. Do not promise a fixed time between DXB, Downtown, Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina and DWC. Traffic, works and events vary, and each garage or valet should be checked for the assigned G-Class.
