Use G 550, G 580 with EQ Technology or Mercedes-AMG G 63 as a preference, not an availability statement. A local supplier may operate a different year, specification or market designation. Only a dated proposal for a specific registration or fleet ID can establish model, powertrain, exterior and interior colour, equipment and booking dates.
Request current photographs, odometer range, seats, realistic luggage guidance, tyres, roof equipment and all keys. An electric request needs an address-by-address charging plan, connector, access hours and return-charge rule. Reject an undefined “premium SUV or similar” when the G-Class identity matters; approve any named substitute before payment.

Delivery in Los Angeles
Distinguish LAX, Van Nuys or another private terminal, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Downtown, Malibu and a production or event site. They involve different jurisdictions and access rules. Since March 2026, LAX lists participating companies at the Rental Car Center at 5251 West 98th Street and authorised terminal shuttle pickup under purple rental-car signs. An independent premium supplier is not automatically entitled to use that process.
The confirmation must name the legal meeting point, flight monitoring, contact, grace period, luggage transfer and late-arrival procedure. Never advertise terminal, curbside or airside delivery without airport and supplier authority. At an address within the City of Los Angeles, a red curb is not a handover point and a white curb is for active passenger loading up to five minutes unless posted differently. Self-drive or chauffeur
For self-drive, provide each driver's identity, residence, licence jurisdiction, age, years held and complete territory. A legally valid licence does not compel a high-value-vehicle insurer to accept the file. The supplier must approve all drivers, payment method, California use and any interstate travel before non-refundable payment.
For chauffeur service, verify the contracting operator's applicable passenger-transport authority and commercial insurance. Confirm passenger and luggage capacity, minimum hours, waiting, parking, tolls, overtime, driver changes and overnight service. A security convoy, filming vehicle, static display or branded arrival needs separate operator, property and production consent.
Deposit and requirements
The dated quote should separate vehicle charge, taxes and lawful fees, delivery, security deposit, insurance excess or liability, mileage, fuel or charging, toll processing, additional drivers and cleaning. It must also cover wheels and tyres, smoking, pets, off-road and track prohibition, roadside support, accidents, citations, cancellation, late return, condition evidence and deposit release.
Record bodywork, glass, wheels, tyres, cabin, fuel or charge, mileage, keys and dashboard warnings at collection and return with time-stamped photographs. A G-Class body style gives no permission for beaches, trails or unpaved private land. Event-week availability
Awards, premieres, major sports, conventions and production periods can change hotel approaches, street controls, valet capacity and supplier demand. Define whether the car is for self-drive, licensed chauffeur movements, security support, static display or filming. Route and parking plan
Avoid fixed travel times between LAX, the Westside, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, Downtown and coastal addresses. Traffic, construction, events and wildfire or weather controls can change the route. Give every stop before contracting so the supplier can assess territory, charging or fuel, secure overnight parking and the return location.
For passenger comfort, test the proposed seat and luggage layout rather than assuming a large exterior guarantees capacity. If several adults, hard cases, staff or child seats are involved, a separate luggage vehicle may be safer.
