Choose a journey by date, embarkation port, disembarkation port and ship—not by destination label alone. The same region can involve different voyage lengths, overnight calls and flight patterns. EXPLORA III is no longer a future launch. Its inaugural programme follows its completed Barcelona-to-Lisbon maiden departure and includes Northern Europe, Iceland, Greenland, Canada and New England. A current quote must still prove the exact sailing and suite. Launch announcements, editorial previews and an online expression of interest are not reservations.
Select the ship and suite deliberately
All three operating ships belong to the same brand, but a proposal must name one. EXPLORA III is the fleet's first LNG-powered vessel; that technical distinction does not promise a particular route, emissions result or onboard benefit. REQUEST VIP does not combine specifications from different ships or quote future EXPLORA IV–VI as if guests could board them today.
Ocean-front positioning and a private terrace are useful starting points, not a complete room brief. We check deck, exposure, interior plan, bed arrangement, accessible features, connecting options, registered occupancy and proximity to lifts. Official localized materials can be revised, so the current ship guide and deck plan take priority over copied suite counts or old sales pages.
What the journey fare includes
Explora Journeys currently states that the journey fare includes suite accommodation, onboard dining, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, gratuities, port charges, Wi-Fi and entertainment. Port-to-city shuttles are included where applicable. Destination Experiences, medical expenses, services supplied by independent contractors and selected premium food or beverage experiences may sit outside that base.
Higher suite categories and promotional fares can add or alter benefits. REQUEST VIP asks for the fare name and a written inclusion sheet, then itemises any hotel, transfer, excursion, spa, insurance or service cost. “All-inclusive” should never hide chargeable choices or eligibility rules.
Ports, shore plans and voyage protection
Shore arrangements follow the ship's clearance, tender process and all-aboard time. Weather, safety, port congestion or local authority decisions can alter a call. REQUEST VIP schedules private vehicles, guides or restaurants only after operational timings are available and explains cancellation exposure if the ship changes course.
The luxury travel service can build flexible nights before and after sailing. For complex open-jaw routes, private jet charter can be considered after the cruise is confirmed. Guests comparing a scheduled voyage with exclusive vessel control should review private yacht charter; reserving several Explora suites is not the same as chartering a yacht.
Price, contract and independent support
A decision-ready offer shows ship, journey code, suite category or number, guests, currency, taxes, inclusions, supplements and REQUEST VIP fee. It also names the contracting supplier and records deposit, final-payment date, cancellation, name changes, travel-document responsibility and material itinerary clauses. No online “from” amount should be detached from its date and occupancy.
REQUEST VIP operates as an independent concierge. It has no affiliation with Explora Journeys or MSC Group and holds no endorsement or official representative status.
