REQUEST VIP helps clients prepare an Hermès appointment request through the store’s published channel and coordinate the surrounding itinerary. Assistance covers the correct boutique, named attendee, identification, guest question, arrival plan, communications and change rules. It does not create an appointment, admission, stock, product presentation or right to purchase.
Key Facts
- Appointment systems are store- and country-specific; the official Hermès locator is the starting point for current address, hours, phone and booking link.
- The Paris leather-goods platform currently accepts requests one working day before the desired visit for three named Paris boutiques.
- Paris terms make the appointment personal and non-transferable and require the attendee to present the identity document used in the request.
- Some official US store pages offer booking but expressly say an appointment is not required; this must not be generalised to other stores.
Luxury Shopping Concierge
Appointment assistance is a logistics service, not product sourcing disguised as access. The luxury shopping concierge can align several boutique visits, deliveries and alterations. The private access concierge covers other controlled bookings. This page is limited to preparing and administering one Hermès boutique request without misrepresenting who controls it.
REQUEST VIP operates independently of Hermès and has no affiliation, endorsement or official-partner status with the maison. Hermès owns the booking tools, determines any automated or human allocation, manages customer data and controls the boutique experience and all sales.
Select the store and official request route
Start with country, city, purpose and date flexibility. Check the live Hermès store page for address, hours, telephone and any booking link. Search snippets, saved forms and unofficial links can be stale.
Paris has a distinct leather-goods request site. Checked on 2 September 2026, it covers Faubourg Saint-Honoré, Sèvres and George V and takes requests one working day ahead during displayed hours. Do not copy that procedure to another city. Several US boutique pages say booking is available but not required.
If no official digital route is published, contact the boutique or Hermès Customer Service using details on the country site. REQUEST VIP will not use an employee’s private contact, buy a slot, create duplicate identities or present a third-party message as confirmation.
Request, confirmation and product availability
Keep four stages separate: request submitted, appointment confirmed, attendee admitted and product discussed. A confirmation should name the boutique, date, time or arrival window and instructions. Any product presentation or sale comes later at Hermès’ discretion.
Hermès France warns that a requested Kelly or Birkin may not be available, while the US FAQ says each store selects its assortment. Therefore, even a confirmed leather appointment is not proof that a Birkin, Kelly, specified colour, size or price is available. The concierge cannot turn a wishlist or prior purchases into a reservation. Clients with an exact product objective should create a separate Birkin and Kelly brief.
Identity, client record and guests
Use the attendee’s accurate legal details. The Paris form asks for surname, first name, telephone, email and passport or identity-card number; its terms require that person to attend with the same document. The appointment cannot be transferred. REQUEST VIP should let the client enter sensitive information directly on the official site unless an authorised data-handling process is documented.
Never assume a companion, child, interpreter, assistant or security professional is admitted. Ask beforehand, state each role and retain the response. A store allowing walk-ins does not make a confirmed personal appointment shareable.
Client history must be accurate and belong to the client. REQUEST VIP will not open duplicate profiles, combine unrelated histories or advise a purchase made solely to influence access. A preference note is useful for conversation, but Hermès decides how customer information is considered.
Arrival, delay, rescheduling and cancellation
The itinerary should show entrance, local time, arrival margin, attendee, ID, confirmation and store telephone. Do not invent a universal lateness rule. Paris terms say adviser timing may vary, which does not authorise late arrival.
If plans change, follow the method in the official confirmation or contact the store through its published channel. Whether a slot can be moved, cancelled or re-requested is a decision under that system. REQUEST VIP should not promise a reschedule or submit a replacement name. Record what was requested, when it was sent and what Hermès actually confirmed.
The concierge can coordinate a driver or nearby itinerary only after the appointment window is known. A boutique meeting is not a designer atelier visit, backstage entry or repair-workshop tour, and those labels must not be exchanged.
Privacy and transaction boundaries
The Paris notice says data supports request processing, identity checks, complaints and fraud prevention; it also describes automated allocation and retention. Read the current notice before consenting. REQUEST VIP needs only minimum logistics data and never an account password or card security code.
If a purchase becomes possible, pause and read the store-country terms. Accepted payment, identity, limits, delivery, collection and returns are not appointment terms. The buyer pays Hermès through its authorised method and receives its invoice. REQUEST VIP neither sets the price nor promises a discount, allocation, upgrade or cross-border delivery.
How It Works
- Send the country, city, possible dates, meeting purpose, attendee name and any guest or accessibility question.
- REQUEST VIP verifies the current official store page and identifies whether the client must request online, call or visit.
- The client submits required identity data through the official route; the concierge records only the resulting status and practical instructions.
- Attend with the specified document and confirmation, follow store guidance and treat every product discussion as subject to current availability and Hermès approval.
