Front row and seating control

Front row describes an assigned placement, not a retail ticket class. Fashion houses decide their seating mix across press, buyers, ambassadors, clients, talent and partners. They may revise it until guests enter. A transparent proposal must distinguish general admission, a specified section, an exact seat and hosted attendance; a “VIP” label alone establishes none of these.

Arrive within the stated window with matching identification and confirmation. Security or late arrival can affect entry even for a listed guest. When an exact row cannot be verified, a confirmed presentation, showroom appointment or another show is a more honest alternative than a speculative placement claim.

Brand dinners and after-parties

Paris evenings include house dinners, collection celebrations, media events, sponsor activations and independent parties. Their guest lists do not automatically follow daytime show invitations. A show ticket does not include an after-party unless the issuer states it, and a nightlife booking does not represent endorsement by a fashion house.

Ask who hosts the event, how names are submitted, whether the invitation is transferable, when the address is disclosed and what the arrival and plus-one rules are. Confidential details should not be published. If an invitation remains pending, keep a confirmed restaurant option and return transfer so the evening still works.

Hotels and chauffeurs across Paris

The week uses palaces, museums, schools, brand spaces and temporary venues in different arrondissements. The official SPHERE showroom has a confirmed Palais de Tokyo session, but that single location does not represent the whole calendar. Choose accommodation for cross-city movement, room readiness, garment deliveries and cancellation flexibility. A dedicated chauffeur offers continuity and live rerouting, yet road closures, demonstrations, security perimeters and venue loading rules remain outside the concierge’s control. Include an exact entrance, target arrival and walking fallback for each event.

Paris Fashion Week follows Milan closely in the seasonal sequence. Travellers attending both should compare their final events, station or airport transfer, baggage and hotel check-in before fixing the first Paris appointment. A critical show immediately after an international arrival leaves little protection against delays.

What should be written into the proposal

Each access item should identify house, format, date, time, issuer category, named guests, seat description if any, delivery method and exclusions. Hotels should show room type, occupancy, taxes and cancellation. Cars should show service hours, vehicle class, overtime and covered zones.
