REQUEST VIP coordinates Serie A VIP hospitality for a selected home club, opponent and Italian itinerary. Lega Serie A dates the 2026–27 season from the weekend of 23 August 2026 to 30 May 2027. Match times, stadium products and admission technology are host-specific and must be reconfirmed before travel loses flexibility.

Key Facts

  • The 20-club Serie A season runs from 23 August 2026 to 30 May 2027.
  • Lega Serie A lists midweek rounds for 28 October 2026 and 6 January 2027.
  • A Christmas pause is scheduled for the weekend of 27 December 2026.
  • Boxes, authority seats and hospitality lounges are controlled by clubs and venue operators, not a league-wide pass.

Fixtures, Broadcast Selections and Travel Risk

Name the home club first. An Internazionale or AC Milan home match uses Milan logistics and the host's product; Juventus in Turin, Roma or Lazio in Rome, and Napoli in Naples involve distinct stadiums and ticket systems. An away team's public ticket page does not prove hospitality supply at the receiving ground.

The calendar provides a round date before all operational times are fixed. Television selections, domestic cup and European commitments can change the useful window. Check the Lega Serie A notice and the home club on the same day that air or rail becomes non-refundable. A Sunday placeholder is not permission to arrive on Sunday afternoon.

Use the football concierge index when comparing this club-weekend model with a single-match final.

Executive Boxes, Private Suites, Lounges and Premium Seats

Italian terminology varies by venue: tribuna, hospitality, executive area, sky box and lounge do not have one shared specification. A private suite should list capacity, exclusive use, match seats, inside or outside viewing, meal, beverages, host, parking, entry and closing time. A premium seat may have no dining at all.

Demand the official category and committed area, adjacency and any view restriction. If the exact row arrives later, the seller should state what cannot change. A route from reception to the stand may cross several levels; wheelchair, companion and lift access need written venue confirmation.

Player zones, tunnel, dressing rooms, touchline, training centre and post-match encounters are outside normal hospitality.

Hospitality Packages, Name Changes and Delivery

An Italian match offer should show the contractual seller and the underlying club product. Record whether every guest needs identity details, whether names may change, how the digital or physical ticket is issued and which document is checked at entry. Requirements can differ between fixtures and should not be carried over from an earlier season.

If another company supplies a club product, ask for the allocation basis and remedy for failed delivery. Do not accept an image of a QR code as proof of a valid transfer. Supporter-sector rules can limit away colours or behaviour, including in some premium areas.

REQUEST VIP has an independent coordination role and is not appointed by Lega Serie A, the FIGC, clubs or stadiums.

Milan, Rome, Turin and Naples

In Milan, Malpensa and Linate create different arrival times, while Milano Centrale serves long-distance rail. The match host and current stadium entrance decide whether a central, Brera or western base is sensible. The Milan destination page can frame the wider stay.

Rome's Fiumicino airport, Termini station and Stadio Olimpico lie on different sides of the daily route. Turin's main rail stations and airport require a separate last-mile plan to the Juventus stadium district. Naples has its own traffic and metro pattern around Stadio Diego Armando Maradona. Use the Rome destination guide or broader Italy overview for non-ticket planning.

A chauffeur booking should state the authorised drop and post-match pickup rather than promise the nearest road. Limited traffic zones in historic centres also affect hotel access before the stadium journey.

Seasonal and Operational Boundaries

August heat, winter evening weather and late-spring city demand change clothing and transfer margins. January's holiday-period round needs extra attention to rail schedules and restaurant opening. A late Sunday or Monday match may require another hotel night; a midweek round may collide with business travel.

Build a fallback for a delayed flight or train. Same-day international arrival is weakest for a headline fixture because identity, mobile-ticket activation and stadium entry all need time. Weather does not normally justify assuming a cancellation, but current club communications should govern.

Match the Product to the Group

A corporate party may need a private room and hosted table. A couple can prefer central seats and a shared salon. Families often value adjacent places, child rules and a shorter route. Dedicated supporters should state allegiance and choose atmosphere knowingly.

Large groups, derbies and suites require the longest lead. Early contact creates search time, not guaranteed stock. Guests seeking only a public seat should compare the club's official ordinary ticket route before adding catering they do not need.

The Written Decision Record

Before payment, capture competition, home club, opponent, date and kickoff status, venue, seller, underlying product, quantity, adjacency, seat zone, suite or lounge, catering, beverages, ticket method, guest-name deadline, all charges and change terms. Mark a hold with its expiry and a request as unconfirmed.

If a kickoff moves, the match credential may remain valid while separately booked travel does not.

How It Works

  1. Send the home club, opponent or city dates, group size, supporter allegiance and desired setting.
  2. REQUEST VIP checks the current Lega Serie A fixture and seeks a traceable named product.
  3. Review seller, seats, suite or lounge, identity steps, delivery, restrictions and total amount.
  4. Confirm admission, then align flexible rail, air, hotel and road components with the live kickoff.

FAQ

When is the 2026–27 Serie A season?

Lega Serie A sets it from the weekend of 23 August 2026 through 30 May 2027.

Are round dates and kickoffs fixed?

Exact operations can change, so verify the league and home-club listing before paying for rigid travel.

Is hospitality standard across Italy?

No. Every club defines the room, seat, food, access and guest rules for its stadium.

Do tickets require guest names?

Requirements vary by product and fixture. The offer must state identity and name-change deadlines.

Are away colours acceptable?

Not everywhere. Tell the supplier which club guests support and obtain the host's current rule.

Can seats be together?

Only a documented adjacency or continuous-block commitment covering every guest provides that assurance.

When is the right time to enquire?

Begin early for a derby, large party or private box, but keep travel changeable until confirmation.
