REQUEST VIP coordinates Monaco Grand Prix yacht hospitality enquiries for the provisional 3–6 June 2027 event, subject to FIA World Motor Sport Council approval. A yacht, charter contract, harbour berth, guest pass and hospitality programme are separate rights. None of the vessel, berth, track view, capacity, catering, tender or REQUEST VIP supply is confirmed without current written evidence.

Key Facts

  • ACM announces 3–6 June 2027, expressly subject to FIA WMSC approval.
  • Port Hercule berth position determines whether a yacht has a meaningful circuit view; a Monaco berth alone proves none.
  • Vessel charter, Grand Prix berth allocation and each guest’s port or viewing credential can be separate contracts.
  • Ports of Monaco publishes event-specific berth and access processes; the 2027 rules must replace any previous-year example.

Available Options: VIP Yachts in Port Hercule

VIP yachts in Port Hercule can mean a day-hospitality place on a hosted vessel, an exclusive charter with a Grand Prix berth, or accommodation aboard a yacht. These are materially different. A day guest needs a valid boarding and hospitality credential; an exclusive charter adds vessel, crew, charter terms and berth; overnight use adds cabin allocation and maritime guest rules.

The dedicated Port Hercule yacht guide should only describe a live 2027 product after the yacht and berth are confirmed. A general Monaco yacht charter does not establish a race-week berth or permission to commercialise guest access.

Location/View: Trackside Yacht Viewing and Berth Position

Trackside yacht viewing depends on berth position, yacht orientation, deck height, neighbouring vessels, quayside structures, grandstands and safety controls. Request the official berth or zone, current harbour plan, vessel profile and photographs from the proposed guest deck. “Port Hercule” and “trackside” are not precise enough.

A stern-to berth can make the useful viewing area very specific, while one upper deck may see more than another. Confirm where guests may stand during sessions and whether crew safety limits reduce capacity on a particular deck. A screen-led hospitality setting should not be described as a direct circuit view.

The VIP terraces guide offers a land-based comparison. The Monaco Grand Prix hub keeps race credentials and other viewing formats separate.

Inclusions: Hospitality Packages, Guest Access and Catering

Hospitality packages should name the yacht, valid date, boarding point, hours, guest access, viewing deck, indoor areas, seats or standing basis, screens, host, catering, beverages, toilets, Wi-Fi, security and disembarkation. They must state whether any official Formula 1 or ACM credential is included beyond the port or yacht pass.

Guest access needs an individual process. Official Ports of Monaco material for prior Grand Prix editions required passes for people accessing boats; that historical rule illustrates the control but is not a substitute for 2027 instructions. Confirm the current issuer, wristband or credential, name deadline, ID rule, delivery and re-entry.

Catering requires menu, dietary deadline, alcohol policy, service periods, galley limitations and responsible provider. For an exclusive charter, determine whether food, beverages, event staff and hospitality setup sit inside the charter fee or separate event contract.

Berth Rights, Commercial Use and Supplier Authority

Official Ports of Monaco information for the 2026 Formula 1 event described berth allocation by committee and warned that marketing access after allocation could trigger review. Do not apply those exact terms automatically to 2027, but require proof that the vessel, berth and commercial hospitality use are all permitted under the new season’s rules.

The seller should show its right to supply the yacht and guest places, the vessel’s registration and capacity, charter or hospitality contract, insurance position and berth confirmation. A yacht owner’s permission alone may not establish port permission.

Tender Transfers and Event-Week Logistics

Tender transfers are not an assumed benefit. Prior-year official port processes used separate tender requests and badges; 2027 permissions, vessel size limits, routes, operating windows and docking points must be checked afresh. A tender may not reach the yacht during a restricted period or poor sea conditions.

Provide a land-based boarding route and fallback. Formula 1 recommends public transport because road access in Monaco is heavily restricted. A chauffeur service should use a viable meeting point, not promise quayside delivery. Send each guest the local date, gate, pass owner, boarding time, yacht contact, dress and safety guidance.

Weekend Options and Overnight Use

Weekend options can cover one race day, several hosted days, an exclusive charter period or overnight accommodation. Match the contract dates to the yacht’s confirmed arrival, berth window and guest permissions. A three-day hospitality pass should not be inferred from a multi-day charter, and overnight guests may differ from day guests.

For accommodation, identify usable cabins, legal overnight capacity, crew quarters, housekeeping, security, shore access and checkout. Yacht events after racing need separate permissions, noise rules, guest lists and end times.

Pricing and Cancellation Dependencies

Price should separate vessel charter, berth cost, Grand Prix premium, guest credentials, catering, event staff, taxes, fees, gratuities, fuel, tender and security. State whether the rate is per guest or exclusive yacht and whether minimum capacity remains payable.

Cancellation terms must address the provisional FIA-approved dates, berth rejection or change, vessel substitution, port restrictions, guest cancellation and a track session change. No unverified price is shown.

Independent Status and Official Control

REQUEST VIP is an independent concierge service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an official partner of Formula 1, FIA, ACM, the Monaco Grand Prix or Ports of Monaco. Access is subject to organizer, port, maritime and vessel terms and current availability.

The proposal must name each responsible supplier.

How It Works

  1. Send preferred days, party size, day hospitality or exclusive charter, view, catering and overnight needs.
  2. REQUEST VIP checks official event and port facts and seeks current yacht products through confirmed channels.
  3. Review vessel, berth, view evidence, guest passes, capacity, inclusions, price, seller and cancellation.
  4. Confirm yacht, berth and guest access together, then align land transport and any tender.
