REQUEST VIP helps private clients assess officially released Formula 1 team hospitality by race, team and guest objective. We do not infer a team relationship from branding or promise appearances and working-area access. Every option must identify its authorised source and is subject to official Formula 1/organizer terms and current package availability.

Key Facts

  • Team hospitality is not a universal Formula 1 ticket category; the official team, product, race and issuer must be named.
  • A team-branded suite can sit within Paddock Club or another hospitality venue, with race-specific views and conditions.
  • Driver or team appearances and garage, grid, pit-lane or paddock entry are not automatic inclusions.
  • 2027 products and dates are released at different times across teams and races.

F1 Team Hospitality Packages

A genuine F1 team hospitality package should be identifiable without vague language. The proposal needs the team’s official name, the Grand Prix and year, product name, issuer, suite or lounge, viewing position, days, credential, catering and any activities. If one of those elements is pending, it should be marked pending rather than replaced with an assumption.

Guests may compare Aston Martin team hospitality, Ferrari team hospitality, McLaren team hospitality, Mercedes-AMG Petronas team hospitality and Red Bull Racing team hospitality. These pages describe enquiry intent, not a claim that REQUEST VIP holds allocation or an official relationship.

What the team name means

Team hospitality can offer a branded environment, hosts familiar with the team story and a community of supporters or partners. That atmosphere may be the principal value. It does not establish access to the team’s competitive operation. A logo, replica car, merchandise display or video feed is not evidence of garage, engineering or personnel access.

The team’s race-weekend duties come first. A planned guest visit or talk, where included, may move, change speaker or be cancelled. Never choose a package solely for a named appearance unless the current official terms describe what happens if it changes.

Viewing and venue

The team name alone does not identify the view. Some products may use a suite within Formula 1 Paddock Club; others may use a circuit lounge, terrace or grandstand seat. Ask for the venue, circuit location, level, terrace, line of sight, screens, assigned seat or table and route from the correct gate.

Do not assume a team suite is above that team’s garage. Garage allocation and suite location are different operational decisions. If the official sheet says only “Paddock Club view,” request a map or written clarification. Compare time at the direct view with time spent in the lounge.

Access boundaries

A team hospitality pass is not a team credential. Garage, paddock, grid, pit wall, motorhome, operations room and pit lane are restricted areas or activities. A pit-lane walk, guided track tour, paddock tour, grid walk, photo safari or podium access is included only where expressly listed by the official package for that race and year.

Credential rules also matter: legal-name deadline, identification, age, transferability, digital delivery or collection, re-entry, bag limits and dress code. REQUEST VIP cannot upgrade a credential at the gate, add a guest to an internal list or override security.

Dining, hosts and gifts

Food and beverage can be provided by the wider hospitality venue or tailored inside a team suite. Confirm service days and hours, menu format, beverage scope, table allocation and dietary process. “All-inclusive” should be unpacked into what is served and during which period.

A gift, cap, programme or team item is included only if listed. Sizes, colours and availability may vary. A team host can explain the programme but cannot create sporting access. Off-site dinners, factory visits, launch events and parties are separate products requiring their own named host, date and confirmation.

Comparing teams and races

Choose the team for genuine affinity or hosting value, then choose the race for viewing and logistics. A requested team may not release the same hospitality at every Grand Prix. Conversely, a race may have excellent official Paddock Club or circuit hospitality without the chosen team’s suite. Provide an acceptable alternative team or product category when timing matters.

Compare the exact view, valid days, group seating, activity language, hotel geography and transport plan. A rural circuit, street race and night race place different demands on the guest even if the host team is the same.

Price and terms

No generic team-hospitality price is reliable across races. Currency, local tax, fees, gratuity, day coverage and package tier vary. A written quote should disclose the seller and issuer, total amount, payment deadline, refund or transfer terms, delivery, named-guest restrictions and consequences of a programme change.

REQUEST VIP is an independent concierge and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an official partner of Formula 1, the FIA, Aston Martin, Ferrari, McLaren, Mercedes-AMG Petronas, Red Bull Racing, any other team, organiser or circuit. Rights holders and issuers retain control of branding, allocation, admission, appearances and security.

How It Works

  1. Send the preferred team and races, legal guest names, party size, days, budget and access priorities.
  2. REQUEST VIP checks whether a current official team product and authorised supply route exist.
  3. Review the suite, view, inclusions, exclusions, price, taxes, delivery, cancellation and race logistics in writing.
  4. Confirm the selected package and follow later issuer, team-host, circuit and security instructions.

FAQ

Does every Formula 1 team sell hospitality at every race?

No. Team products, allocations and host formats vary by Grand Prix and season and require current official confirmation.

Does team hospitality include meeting a driver?

Not automatically. A talk or appearance applies only where included and may change around sporting commitments.

Can guests enter the team garage?

No general right exists. Garage or paddock access must be expressly included in the official race-specific package.

Is team hospitality always in Paddock Club?

No. The exact venue can differ, so the proposal must identify the suite, viewing point and underlying credential.

Can REQUEST VIP obtain any team requested?

REQUEST VIP can check authorised availability but cannot create allocation, an official team relationship or an internal guest-list place.

What if the preferred team has no package?

Compare another verified team product, official Paddock Club or circuit hospitality based on the same view and hosting priorities.

Are hotel and transport included?

Only when the written proposal expressly names and prices them; otherwise they remain separate travel services.
