The 2025 stadium and seating plan are historical references, not a template for the next edition. Hospitality lounges must be named and documented
“Hospitality” should identify a real product, not simply an expensive seat. A useful proposal states where the lounge is, when it opens, whether the match seat is included, what food and drinks are served, whether children may enter and how far the space is from the court. It also distinguishes reserved seating from standing areas, shared lounges and private rooms.
No future lounge, host, menu or premium entrance appears in the official material reviewed. Do not transfer old UAE arena products or a 2025 Bengaluru description to a new edition. Player access, team areas, practice viewing and backstage concert access are separate rights and must never be inferred from a hospitality label.
Finals packages depend on the competition format
WTL's short team structure can make a final attractive, but the next format, team names, scoring rules and qualification route are not yet confirmed. A “finals package” might mean only the championship session, the final day, or several days that include qualifying ties. Each included admission should be listed by date and session.
Do not promise a particular player. Team selection, injury, substitutions and results are sporting variables. Likewise, a concert artist named for one past edition is not evidence of a future performance. Hotels should follow the confirmed host city

Chauffeurs require an event-day operating plan
A chauffeur booking needs the legal drop-off point, gate, road restrictions, expected finish window, waiting terms, guest phone and a backup pickup landmark. A driver does not receive event access merely because transport is described as VIP. If concerts follow tennis, define whether the car waits through both parts or returns at an agreed time.
In Bengaluru, normal city traffic and event controls made timing important in 2025, but that does not establish the next host. In any city, leave a realistic buffer and follow venue instructions issued for the selected date. Mobility equipment, child seats and luggage quantity should be declared before vehicle confirmation.
Verify the seller and every entitlement
