A luxury transportation concierge turns several separate movements into one workable plan. Send REQUEST VIP the flights, hotels, passenger names, luggage, fixed appointments and preferred vehicle level. A curator builds the ground-transport brief, checks local operators and records each confirmed movement in one itinerary. Vehicles, drivers and access remain subject to written supplier acceptance.

Key Facts

  • The service can coordinate airport transfers, hourly chauffeur duty, event movements and vehicle changes between cities.
  • One request does not mean one operator or one contract worldwide; locally licensed providers may be required in each market.
  • Passenger capacity, luggage, child seats, mobility needs, security protocol and access restrictions must be stated before vehicle selection.
  • REQUEST VIP coordinates the brief and booking process; it is not itself the carrier, fleet owner or transport regulator.

What a transportation concierge coordinates

The useful output is more than a list of cars. It is a movement schedule showing who travels, from where, at what time, with which luggage and which local contact. A private-flight arrival may need an approved FBO meeting point, a luggage van and a separate host vehicle. A business day may need one executive saloon on disposal while other guests use point-to-point transfers.

REQUEST VIP can connect the plan with private jet charter, helicopter charter or a wider luxury travel itinerary. Those bookings remain separate unless the written confirmations expressly say otherwise. A delayed flight does not automatically extend a chauffeur's duty or protect a later connection, so buffers and escalation rules should be agreed in advance.

VIP Chauffeur & Luxury Transport

Choose the service format before choosing the badge. A transfer has a defined pickup and destination. Hourly disposal keeps a car and driver available within an agreed time and territory. A roadshow may require several vehicles, dispatch oversight, driver rest, overnight parking and hotel rooms for the crew. A self-drive rental has a different insurance and handover process.

The chauffeur-driven car service is suitable when the same vehicle should follow a structured day. The airport transfer service is better for a single arrival or departure. If guests want to drive, the parent luxury car rental service should handle licences, deposits, mileage and territorial permission separately.

Building the movement plan

Start with a passenger manifest that respects privacy: name only what the licensed operator needs, and decide who may receive live location and driver details. For every movement, record the date, local time zone, pickup door, destination entrance, flight or train number, passenger telephone, luggage and accessibility requirements. Mark hard deadlines such as a runway slot or venue door-close time.

Then add operational margins. Immigration, baggage delivery, event egress and city traffic are variable; a precise-looking drive time is not a guarantee. If two vehicles must arrive together, define a lead car and reunion point because traffic can split them. For an overnight programme, confirm where each vehicle may wait and when the driver's duty begins and ends.

The final version should have a revision number and one authorised change channel. A message sent directly to one driver can leave dispatch, the second car and the concierge working from an old plan. REQUEST VIP should record accepted changes and identify any new waiting, mileage or access cost before service where possible.

Vehicles, drivers and local compliance

Ask for the proposed model or category, registration, passenger and luggage capacity, commercial insurance and operator identity. Chauffeur service must use a properly authorised provider and driver for the jurisdiction. A self-drive car with an informal driver is not a substitute. When discretion or protective capability is needed, use the separate security chauffeur service and define the risk scope before requesting personnel.

Airport, hotel, marina and event access are controlled by the relevant property or authority. “Airport pickup” may mean an arrivals hall, authorised curb, car park or transfer to an off-site base; it does not prove airside access. Likewise, a guest credential does not create a vehicle pass. The confirmation should name the real meeting point and fallback.

For an international itinerary, REQUEST VIP may need different operators at each border. Confirm who dispatches each segment, whether a through journey is lawful and insured, and where luggage or passengers change cars. Cross-border permission, tolls, low-emission zones, winter equipment and ferry carriage belong in the written plan.

Quote and confirmation checklist

The commercial summary should separate vehicle and driver time, mileage, waiting, parking, tolls, airport or venue charges, overnight expenses, taxes, gratuity treatment and REQUEST VIP fees. It should also show cancellation, no-show, late-running, route-change and replacement rules. Never assume that “all inclusive” covers unscheduled duty or controlled access.

Before confirmation, check:

  1. Exact dates, local times, addresses and passenger allocation.
  2. Named operator, vehicle category, capacity and required permits.
  3. Included hours or route, mileage, waiting and overtime unit.
  4. Flight monitoring, delay handling and missed-contact procedure.
  5. Cancellation deadlines, payment stages and emergency support number.

How It Works

  1. Send one itinerary with arrivals, departures, addresses, passengers, luggage, accessibility and vehicle preferences.
  2. REQUEST VIP resolves conflicts, proposes service formats and requests availability from suitable licensed operators.
  3. Review the movement schedule, vehicles, driver duties, meeting points, costs, cancellation and change rules.
  4. After confirmation, the concierge maintains the agreed itinerary and coordinates documented updates with dispatch.

FAQ

Can one concierge arrange transport in several countries?

Yes, subject to verified coverage, but the service may use separate locally licensed operators and contracts. The handoff, contacts, payment and responsibility for each segment should be explicit.

Is a particular car guaranteed?

Only a written confirmation naming the vehicle or an agreed category can establish the booking. Review the substitution rule, especially when colour, body style or luggage capacity is essential.

Can the chauffeur meet passengers airside?

Airside access requires airport and operator permission. REQUEST VIP confirms the authorised meeting point and a fallback; a general airport-transfer request cannot guarantee ramp access.

How are flight delays handled?

Provide the flight number and agree monitoring, included waiting, driver-duty limits and the rebooking process. Protection for a later service is not automatic.

Can transport and close protection be combined?

They can be coordinated where lawful providers are available, but a chauffeur is not automatically a protection officer. The security brief, command structure and licences require separate review.

What should a multi-day quote show?

It should state each day's call and release time, vehicle location, driver rest, overnight costs, included distance, overtime, parking, tolls, taxes and cancellation terms.
