A standard room or suite follows hotel terms. A multi-bedroom villa adds guest allocation, private pool safety, kitchen, housekeeping and staff access. A Private Home may refer to ownership, residence use or managed rental; REQUEST VIP verifies whether the exact home is legally and commercially available for the requested short stay.
