REQUEST VIP coordinates visits to art fairs, yacht shows, watch exhibitions, design weeks and aviation events around a verified admission route and a realistic city schedule. A public ticket, timed entry, premium experience, exhibitor invitation and collector preview are different products.
Key Facts
- Preview access is often controlled by an organiser, gallery, exhibitor, brand, sponsor or named credential issuer.
- One event may combine public days, invitation periods, off-site exhibitions and private programmes with separate terms.
- Admission does not automatically include lounge access, guided visits, appointments, yacht boarding, hospitality or purchases.
- Dates, venues, opening hours, bag policy, photography and re-entry should be refreshed from the organiser before travel.
Explore
- Art Basel VIP access — compare Basel, Paris and Miami Beach editions without treating one credential as global.
- Frieze London VIP access — align timed fair entry with Frieze Masters and London exhibitions.
- Monaco Yacht Show VIP access — coordinate show passes, appointments and movement around Port Hercule.
- TEFAF Maastricht VIP access — plan fair admission, specialist meetings and collection logistics.
- Watches and Wonders Geneva access — distinguish public ticketing from brand-controlled appointments.
Named Events
The 2026 calendar offers several verified anchors. Art Basel publishes Paris for 23–25 October and Miami Beach for 4–6 December. Frieze London runs 14–18 October in The Regent’s Park, with the organiser describing invitation-only preview periods and date-specific entry. Monaco Yacht Show is scheduled at Port Hercule from 23–26 September, while the next International Paris Air Show has been announced for 14–20 June 2027.
Dates alone do not confirm a guest’s entitlement, ticket category or meeting. TEFAF Maastricht, Salone del Mobile, Dubai International Boat Show and Watches and Wonders should enter a client calendar only after the current edition, venue and sales or invitation mechanism are checked directly.
Hospitality Categories
For a fair, compare general admission, premium ticket, organiser programme, member or collector credential, gallery invitation, exhibitor guest pass and private appointment. Describe exactly which person issues it, named-guest rules, entry days, time slot, companion allowance, lounge, guided element, food, coat check, transfer and refund. The word “VIP” is never a substitute for this inclusion sheet.
Off-site dinners, brand launches and private views are separate invitations unless the organiser says otherwise. REQUEST VIP should not bundle an unconfirmed party into a fair package. Where client entertainment is the objective, note guest identities, host responsibility, conversation priorities, dietary needs and the point at which a public visit becomes a private commercial meeting.
VIP Access
Use the organiser or an authorised seller wherever possible and record the contracting party. If access comes from a gallery, exhibitor or brand, written confirmation should state event, date, guest name and any appointment. Never describe press accreditation, exhibitor badges or another person’s pass as a concierge route.
For yacht boarding, atelier visits, watch handling or aircraft areas, admission to the main show may still be insufficient. The exhibitor controls appointments, identity checks and conduct. Stock, sales allocation, private transport or after-hours access should not be inferred from a meeting request.
Travel Logistics
Build the day geographically. Record venue entrance, timed slot, walking distance, chauffeur drop-off, road closures, security queues, accessibility, lunch reservation and recovery time between meetings. During citywide art or design weeks, a smaller number of confirmed appointments is often more workable than a dense wishlist spanning distant districts.
Hotels should be compared by cancellation, room type and travel time at the relevant hour, not by neighbourhood name alone. Protect valuable catalogues or purchased works from being left in a vehicle; shipping, customs, insurance and title need specialist arrangements separate from guest transport. The wider VIP event concierge can connect these pieces.
