Paris Air Show VIP access for 14–20 June 2027 must match the visitor's professional status, valid day, entrance and business objective. REQUEST VIP can coordinate an enquiry, hotel and ground plan, but tickets, accreditations, chalet invitations and private meetings remain subject to SIAE, exhibitors and other responsible issuers or hosts.

Key Facts
- SIAE announces the 2027 International Paris Air Show for 14–20 June at Paris-Le Bourget.
- The biennial show covers civil and defence aviation, space, drones, new mobility and the industry's supply chain.
- The 2025 event reported 2,400 exhibitors from 48 countries, 305,000 visitors and 155 aircraft on display; these are historical figures, not a 2027 forecast.
- Professional access, general-public entry, press accreditation and an exhibitor's chalet invitation are distinct products.
VIP Passes and Professional-Day Access
The official 2027 dates run Monday 14 through Sunday 20 June. SIAE describes dedicated professional days followed by a general-public weekend. The detailed programme is still marked as forthcoming as of 2 September 2026, so the final proposal must use the issued visitor category and current day rules rather than assumptions based on 2025.
Define whether the guest is attending for procurement, partnership meetings, investment, media, an official delegation or public aviation interest. A trade badge may require eligibility evidence; a public ticket does not create access to professional areas. Ask for the issuer, named holder, valid dates, entrance, re-entry, identity checks, transfer conditions and collection or mobile-delivery process.
Flying Displays, Static Aircraft and Previews
The show spans exhibition halls, outdoor static aircraft and flying demonstrations. In 2025, SIAE reported 155 aircraft displayed and 173 flying displays, but the 2027 aircraft list and daily programme are not yet the same facts. Weather, operational decisions and safety requirements can change flying activity, so no specific aircraft or display should be promised before the organiser publishes and confirms it.
“Preview” may describe early product information, a media moment, an exhibitor meeting or simply an informal request; it is not a universal credential category. For an aircraft viewing, identify the aircraft, stand or static position, responsible exhibitor, meeting host and whether cabin access is expressly allowed. Photography, security and nationality restrictions may apply to particular areas.
Business Chalets, Private Events and Client Entertainment
SIAE offers runway-side business chalets to exhibitors as meeting and hosting spaces. That does not establish a resale hospitality package for outside guests. A chalet invitation should name the exhibiting host, guest, date, access gate, hours and any catering or demonstration view. Confirm whether a general show credential is also required.
Private events can include receptions, product briefings and dinners on or away from the site. Each host controls its list and compliance requirements. For client entertainment, separate business meetings from optional flying displays and evening dining. Record dietary needs, language, security registration, job title, company, nationality information only where legitimately required, and a single lead contact.
SIAE, GIFAS, the Le Bourget venue and exhibitors do not affiliate with, endorse or appoint REQUEST VIP as an official partner. REQUEST VIP acts independently as a concierge coordinator. Every entry and hosted invitation is governed by the issuer's terms and current capacity.
Hotels and Chauffeurs at Le Bourget
The organiser recommends early accommodation planning and notes that access by private vehicle may be restricted in 2027 because of attendance and external constraints. A central Paris hotel may suit evening meetings but lengthen the commute. A property closer to Le Bourget can reduce road exposure. Compare exact room category, breakfast time, cancellation and the route to the correct show entrance.
A chauffeur service needs a realistic drop-off and pickup plan rather than a promise of door access. Confirm vehicle permits if any, meeting point, mobile contacts, luggage, waiting time and an alternative involving rail or a final walk. The luxury hotel service can assemble a shortlist, subject to live confirmation by each property.
Guests arriving through business aviation should distinguish attendance at an air show from transport to it. A private jet charter to Paris requires a licensed operator, suitable airport, slots, handling and separate ground transfer. No displayed aircraft or exhibitor relationship proves charter availability.
Security, Timing and a Useful Daily Plan
Build the day backwards from the first confirmed meeting, not from a generic opening time. Allow time for badge collection, identity and bag screening, walking through a large site and moving between halls, static displays and chalet rows. Do not schedule consecutive meetings at distant stands without a buffer.
Use the official programme once released and label each item confirmed, optional or weather-dependent. Protect commercially sensitive information and follow exhibitor photography rules. For a public-day family visit, check age, hearing protection, sun and weather preparation, accessibility and transport. Professional and public itineraries should not be mixed without confirming the valid credential for each date.
The art and luxury events calendar provides wider event choices. Aviation transport can be explored through private jet charter or helicopter charter, but both remain separate regulated services and not show-access benefits.
What to Verify Before Payment
Require the event day, credential category, seller or issuer authority, named user, gate, delivery, transfer, taxes, fees, postponement and cancellation. For a chalet, add host, capacity, guest-list confirmation, hours, catering, view and the admission document needed to reach it. For a meeting, list the company, stand, participant and contact.
Keep entry, hotel, ground transport and private dining itemised. Check which cost changes if the organiser revises a session or flying programme. An invitation request, registration or invoice should never be represented as an issued access credential.
How It Works
- Send dates, names, companies, roles, business objectives, required meetings, hotel standard and transport origin.
- The 2027 organiser information is refreshed before identified access and travel sources receive the brief.
- Compare credential, issuer, day, gate, guest rules, chalet or meetings, room, vehicle, fees and cancellation.
- Secure the correct show entry before finalising appointments, accommodation, transfers, dining and host-controlled invitations.

FAQ
When is the Paris Air Show in 2027?
SIAE's official website lists the International Paris Air Show at Le Bourget from 14 through 20 June 2027.
Are all seven days open to the general public?
SIAE describes professional days followed by a public weekend; the final 2027 day-by-day ticket rules must be checked before purchase.
Does a business-chalet invitation include show admission?
Not automatically. The exhibitor or issuer must state whether a separate professional credential is required to reach the chalet.
Can a specific flying display be guaranteed?
No. The 2027 programme is forthcoming, and flying activity remains subject to publication, weather, operations and safety decisions.
Can REQUEST VIP guarantee professional accreditation?
No. SIAE or the responsible issuer controls eligibility, evidence, named access and availability for each visitor.
Is a private jet booking part of the show ticket?
No. Air charter is a separate regulated contract with its own operator, aircraft, airport, handling, price and cancellation.
What information is needed for a corporate visit?
Provide names, companies, roles, dates, meeting goals, credential status, languages, hotel requirements, arrival route and mobility needs.
